หลักเกณฑ์การเบิกรางวัลตอบแทนอาสาสมัครทำงานพิเศษ ข่าวสารจากสำนักงานบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล: เพื่อมิให้มีการเบิกรางวัลตอบแทนอาสาสมัครทำงานพิเศษซ้ำซ้อนกับการเบิกค่าตอบแทนการคุมสอบ สำนักงานบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล จึงได้วางหลักเกณฑ์การเบิกรางวัลตอบแทนอาสาสมัครทำงานพิเศษไว้ดังนี้ | 1. ในวันทำการปกติ หากบุคคลผู้ใดไปปฏิบัติหน้าที่คุมสอบหลังเวลาเลิกงาน ให้เบิกได้เฉพาะค่าตอบแทนการคุมสอบ ไม่อนุญาตให้เบิกรางวัลตอบแทนอาสาสมัครทำงานพิเศษในวันนั้น เนื่องจากเหตุผลในการอยู่ล่วงเวลามีจุดประสงค์เพื่อจะคุมสอบ | | | 2. ในวันหยุดทำการของมหาวิทยาลัย หากบุคลากรผู้ใดเข้ามาปฏิบัติหน้าที่คุมสอบ ให้เบิกได้เฉพาะค่าตอบแทนการคุมสอบ ไม่อนุญาตให้เบิกรางวัลตอบแทนอาสาสมัครทำงานพิเศษในวันนั้น เนื่องจากเหตุผลการเข้ามาในวันหยุดมีจุดประสงค์เพื่อจะคุมสอบ |
