All students will get an AU account automatically when they enrolled to the university at first time. The account will be valid as long as they are still learning in the university. However, from now on, all graduated students can still continue using their accounts for email services as alumni.
For all instructors and staffs, you will get an account when you contact our support staffs. Your account has not been created automatically. Once you contact our staff you may get your account immediately or may be a bit later according to your conditions. For part time instructors, sometime you may have to ask for permission from the faculty dean before we can create your account.
Changing password - You can change password by contacting our support staffs at the following area or click the link for self service password changing.

3. For use with registration systems such as Pre-Regist, course revocation. Personal Record, E-Payment and application provided by the university online service.

- Hua Mak Campus - E Building, 6th Floor, from 8.30 - 16.30 on Monday - Friday.
- Suvarnabhumi Campus - SCIT Building, 2nd floor or 6th floor, from 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM on Monday - Friday.
Submit a student card to verify ownership of the card (In case of forgetting the student card Can use ID card or passport instead)
Sign your name in the book as evidence for contacting the service.
After receiving it, you can verify it by Login at http://home.au.edu. And you can change your password from the left menu of this website.
