  • Database Security Management
  1. บริหารจัดการและดูแลฐานข้อมูลหลักของมหาวิทยาลัย โดยมี 3 ประเภทฐานข้อมูล คือ MSSQL, ORACLE และ MYSQL
  2. ฐานข้อมูลที่อยู่ภายใต้การดูแลและบำรุงรักษามีทั้งหมด 13 ฐาน
    • RMIS (Registration Management Information System
    • IIS (Internet Information Service, old registration system)
    • FMIS (Financial Management Information System)
    • AMIS (Administration Management Information System)
    • LMIS (Library Management Information System)
    • HRIS (Human Resource Information System)
    • Payroll
    • EAI (Information Pool)
    • E-PURSE
    • SAMIS (Student Affair Management Information System)
    • HRD (HRMIS )
    • OHEC แผนก HR เก็บข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับ สกอ.
    • DBCenter แผนก CFE รวมข้อมูลทุกเบสในมหาวิทยาลัยสำหรับ CDS
  3. วิชามีการตรวจสอบการ Connect Database ระหว่างเครื่อง Client และ Server เป็นช่วงระยะเวลาทุก 1 ชม. ตลอดชั่วโมงการทำงานทุกวัน
  4. ทำการ Rebuild Indexes และ Shrink Database ทุกสัปดาห์ ฐานข้อมูล (Database) ที่จัดทำมีดังนี้
    PAYROLL
    • Shrink Database ทุกวันอาทิตย์เวลา 14:00 น รวมเป็น 52 ครั้ง
    • Rebuild Indexes ทุกวันอาทิตย์เวลา 23:00 น. รวมเป็น 52 ครั้ง
    HRISDB
    • Shrink Database ทุกวันอาทิตย์ 52 ครั้ง

  1. การบริหารจัดการโครงสร้างการเชื่อมต่อของระบบเครือข่าย (network connection management) ทั้งหมดภายในมหาวิทยาลัย ดูแลการเชื่อมต่อในระบบเครือข่ายทั้งหมดของมหาวิทยาลัย ประกอบด้วย
    • Router 3 เครื่อง
    • Core Switch 6 เครื่อง
    • Distributed Switch 61 เครื่อง
    • Access Switch 283 เครื่อง
    • - จุดเชื่อมต่ออินเตอร์เน็ตแบบสาย (LAN) รวมทั้งหมดประมาณ 6,792 จุด
    • - จุดบริการอินเตอร์เน็ตไร้สาย (WiFi) รวม 215 จุด
  2. การตรวจสอบ และแก้ไขปัญหาการเชื่อมโยงการสื่อสาร(data + voice) ผ่านระบบเครือข่ายเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศระหว่างวิทยาเขตหัวหมาก วิทยาเขต City Campus กับวิทยาเขตสุวรรณภูมิ และระหว่างวิทยาเขตหัวหมากกับโรงเรียนอัสสัมชัญพาณิชย์
  3. การบริหารจัดการรักษาความปลอดภัยของระบบเครือข่าย เช่น การติดตั้ง Firewall และสิทธิในการใช้งานเครือข่าย
  4. ประสานงานการให้บริการและการแก้ไขปัญหาที่มหาวิทยาลัยใช้บริการจากบริษัทหรือหน่วยงานภายนอก เช่น 3BB, CAT, Google

  1. ติดตั้งและบริหารระบบปฏิบัติการบนเครื่องแม่ข่ายที่รองรับ การใช้งาน ที่แตกต่างกัน ทั้งหมด 18 ระบบ ปฏิบัติการ โดยมีเครื่องแม่ข่าย (Server) ที่อยู่ภายใต้การดูแล -
    • Physical server 60 Servers
      • Windows 58 Servers
      • Unix 12 Servers
      • Linux 17 Servers
      • Netware 2 Servers
    • Virtual Server 44 Servers
      • Windows 31 Servers
      • Linux 13 Servers
  2. ติดตั้งและกำหนดพื้นที่สำหรับแอพพลิเคชั่น เว็บแอพพลิเคชั่นและเว็บไซต์ ที่มี สร้างขึ้นใหม่ บนเครื่อง แม่ข่ายที่เหมาะสม กับการ ใช้งาน
  3. เว็บไซต์ที่จัดเก็บอยู่บนเครื่องแม่ข่าย (Server) ที่ทางสำนักงานฯ เป็นผู้ดูแล ทั้งที่ เป็นเว็บไซต์ ที่พัฒนาโดยภายในหน่วยงาน หรือจากหน่วยงานอื่นจัดทำขึ้นเองรวมจำนวน 325 เว็บไซต์
  4. จัดเตรียมระบบ เครื่องมือสำหรับบริการให้อาจารย์สามารถบริหารจัดการวิชาด้วยตนเอง โดยเฉลี่ยปีละ 200 วิชาตามคำร้องขอจากอาจารย์
  5. จัดเตรียมและดูแลระบบการจัดสอบออนไลน์ (Quiz Online) ตามที่คณะร้องขอ
  6. สร้างและบริหารจัดการบัญชีอินเตอร์เน็ต (Internet Account) ของมหาวิทยาลัยโดยเฉลี่ย 7000 คนต่อปี
  7. ทำการสำรองข้อมูลบนเครื่องแม่ข่ายโดยเฉลี่ยปีละ 5,000 ครั้ง
  8. ป้องกันภัยคุกคามและแก้ไขปัญหาที่เข้ามาโจมตีเครื่องแม่ข่าย (Server) ทั้งหมด
